One of our new Lifetime Legacy Members suggested we try something new.

A video series where our ladies can put each of our holds on each other in a timed fashion to see who holds out the longest.

This series is still in the experimental phase as we are attempting to find the proper point structure and rules.

Carmella Ringo and Monroe Jamison are two of the best defenders we have on our wrestling mats.

This holds challenge is SUBMISSIONS only.

Here are the Wrestling Moves both Ladies had Timed against Each Other:

• Bodyscissors
• Headscissors
• Figure 4 Headscissors
• Breast Smother
• Schoolgirl Pin

Here is the Current Point System:   (may be subject to change)

• 1 point if person on Offense taps her opponent before 30 seconds.   2 seconds if after
• 1 point if person on Defense gets 1 point if they can draw the point out and 2 points if they break the hold

Lady with the most points at the end……………WINS!
